NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF 2024 TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
(Pursuant to Section 506 and 526 of the NYS Real Property Tax Law)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Mayfield, County of Fulton, has completed the
Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year.
A certified copy of said Roll has been filed in the Town Clerk’s Office, 28 N. School St., Mayfield NY, 12117 and is
available for public inspection, during regularly scheduled work hours through and including Grievance Day, May
28, 2024; in said office and on the Fulton County website www.fultoncountyny.gov  (Click on article for links and more information)

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN the assessor will be in attendance with said Roll at Town of Mayfield Municipal Bldg, 28 N.
School St., Mayfield NY 12117 on nights and weekends by appointment.

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 between the
hours of 4pm and 8pm at the Town of Mayfield Municipal Bldg., 28 N. School St. Mayfield NY to hear and examine
all complaints in relation to assessments on the application of any persons believing him/herself
to be aggrieved.
A publication titled “Contesting Your Assessment in New York State” and complaint forms (RP-524) are available at
the Assessor’s Office or online at: https://www.tax.ny.gov/pdf/current_forms/orpts/rp524_fill_in.pdf
Grievance Complaint forms can be filed with the assessor prior to Grievance Day or with the Board of Review on
said day. Complaint forms must be completed and received on or before May 28, 2024, to be heard.
